Natural wonder

Or in Spanish maybe Artista Naturales...

Today, on Easter Monday, April 22, I left my home feeling in SPA (San Pedro de Atacama) and going to far west, Easter Island. I had a lady driver from SPA to Calama el Loa airport, who thought that I was 24 years old, she made my day!

First we passed the dinosaur path road due to the big rock formation on the sides, then the straight road to Calama, with many small temples/ chapels for the family members that killed in that road. Passing a big power plant, mines, windmills, etc. After about 1.5 hours drive, I arrived at the airport, checked in, a bit struggle with putting my back pack into the Ayacucho bag… but I managed… waited in the lounge… then flu back to Santiago.

In this flight I had the whole row of 3 seats for myself, nice, I could sleep. But no, here was the time where I saw the big natural wonder. I think nature is a very wonderful artist. The different color of the ground, different height, different shape, line here and there. I enjoyed my big view from the window of the plane. I couldn‘t stop taking pictures also and being amaze of this artist naturales... it made me feel small, how a great wonder and power outside me but also safe as they are there so I can enjoy and get a peaceful feeling. Being amazed during the travel is always my best feeling to feel!

Then the next flight to Easter island, it was only about 4.5 hours but it felt longer. I had a nice dinner, watched a movie: Aloha, then slept for some hours before they woke us up for landing in Easter island. Got my luggage, got a flower necklace from my pick up and got dropped at hotel Otai. That’s was my traveling day and i had a good feeling here in Easter island. So you might have guessed what would be the next story in the coming days...
